Meet Joanne Gallagher, CEO, founder and sole owner of SOAR. As a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Joanne has led multi-million-dollar projects and teams to support local, state and national programs in health and human services. With over 25 years of management consulting experience, Joanne has had the privilege of working in executive positions with Tier 1 consulting firms, including Deloitte, Accenture and KPMG.
Joanne is passionate about serving the public by providing professional consulting and she has demonstrated positive work results in over a dozen states assisting clients with their business needs. “Her infectious positivity and can-do attitude make her a pleasure to work with and it’s clear that her clients appreciate her genuine care and concern for their success.” Joanne’s interactions with her clients are centered on the long-term ‘Why?’ to look at the big picture while prioritizing and shaping the client’s needs.
