CCMP Certification Course (Evenings | Virtual-Live | 4 weeks)

The CCMP® Certification course is designed to qualify participants to sit for the CCMP® certification exam. In this course, participants will do a deep-dive into the five process groups of the ACMP Standard for Change Management© (Standard©), Second Edition and their application to real-world case studies, observe how to select the best tools for each sub-process, review the ACMP Change Management Code of Ethics, discuss the application process for the CCMP® certification exam, and cover tools, tips and tricks to prepare for the exam.

The course runs for 4 weeks (8 sessions), with virtual live evening sessions held on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:50 PM (Eastern Time).

WHAT YOU LEARN

  1. Learn about the core concepts and principles of organizational change management and how they are organized in the ACMP Standard for Change Management© (Standard©), Second Edition;
  2. Understand how to select and apply the appropriate change management tools to support effective evaluation, planning and execution of change projects;
  3. Learn how to develop change management strategies and plans that align with organizational vision and mission;
  4. Understand how to coach sponsors and manage stakeholders to reduce resistance to change and elevate change leaders;
  5. Learn how to measure change outcomes and benefit realization to support sustainability and create effective systems for continuous improvement.
